Organizations implementing a desire to avoid confrontation with the society introduced a new concept: thermal treatment of waste-TPO . In most attempts to build incinerators, sooner or later it comes to confrontation. The social instinct speaks with firmness and cease construction. Remains a fundamental question: does the right thing? When it comes to our Polish conditions the response is absolute: YES! Throughout country we have only ONE waste incineration plant in Warsaw, which still operates at 40% capacity! Other incineration addition to the name have nothing to do with the protection of the natural environment. One example will serve cement plants that burn everything from tires, hospital waste and municipal waste and ending on the carcass. These were the consequences of dioxins, heavy metals still remain m / and mercury and lead. And they do not even have filters, not to mention other devices, limiting harmful emissions. Fear of further exchange motives of the opposition. It thus remains Question: Do we need to abandon the construction of incinerators? Absolutely NO , because sooner or later perish in the deluge ...- junk!
To solve the problem must first of all:
first dispense with prototype technology from abroad, which is trying to deploy in Poland for the purpose of research, references and huge CASH;
second cancel promoted by the EU and the Government of the Republic of Poland, 1915 incineration, ie 15 new giant garbage dump in the incinerator that need to secure the continuity of its work. Assuming only 200 kg of waste per year per capita we have 8 million tons, more than half a million tonnes per waste incineration plant not counting hospital and industrial

Developing, average levels of dioxins found in the bodies of Americans, are liable to damage the immune system, reduce the amount of hormones secreted by the testes in the blood stream of men, the impact on the metabolism of glucose (a condition suggestive of diabetes) and cause other negative changes in health and well being.

Breast-fed infants receive a particularly large dose of dioxin. EPA report estimates that a child breastfed for a year receives 4 - 12% of its life dose of dioxin in the course of one year (...), (quoted p. 15, 21). (...) Thus, exposure to TCDD and related compounds may result from inhalation of contaminated particulate matter, dust and soil particles. There are also known. incubators dioxins. These are the places where it is their enclosure in the atmosphere at a particular area (...). Is this is about protecting the environment or about the extermination of the population, or about the "breed" underdeveloped societies of the future?
